FAQ
When you have finished click on the basket and you will be taken through to the payment screen with PayPal. Then simply email your artwork to us at artwork@jamboprint.com and we will prepare your proof.

The file should be set up with 3mm bleed and in CMYK format. If it's not don't worry we can still accept artwork. When emailing ensure your order reference is quoted on your email.
We will email you a proof normally within 24 hours but generally it won't take that long. Once you have received the proof, email us to confirm approval and your order will go straight into the printing process. Once approved we will not be able to pull back or change your order so it is essential you check your proof carefully.
You can still place an order even if your artwork isn't quite ready. If you don't have any artwork our creative team will be able to assist with putting your design together. For more information please visit our Graphic Design page.
Delivery is £4.95 per order. For all orders over £75.00 delivery is FREE.
For all online orders, they are delivered by courier and standard delivery is between 8am and 7pm. The courier will make 2 attempts at delivery and will normally leave a card. If the delivery is unsuccessful the order will be returned to us. We can send it out again upon receipt of further delivery charge fee.

Once we have received your artwork and VAT is applicable we will contact you for payment of the VAT due on your flyer.
